“ 仕事の適性ってのは仕事の対象と遊べるかどうかじゃないかと思った。 例えば 小学校教諭。 仕事の対象は児童。児童と遊べるかどうかが仕事の適性。 プログラマーなら プログラミング言語と遊べるかどうかが仕事の適性。 農業 野菜作りで遊べるかどうかが適性。 仕事の対象に触れる時、 楽しいと感じられるかが適性と言われたりしてるけど、 この「楽しい」ってのは感覚なので分かり難い。 なので、「楽しい」ではなく「遊べるか」という行動ができるかが、 仕事の適性判断としてはわかり易いのではないかと思った。
